The Wellbeing Case Manager – level 2 Manager reports to the Wellbeing Service Manager and is part of the Instep team
Your key responsibilities include:
Mentoring Level 1 Case Managers: Guide and mentor junior case managers in handling complex cases with care and expertise.
Managing Key Accounts: Take charge of overseeing case management for key accounts, providing consulting support where necessary to ensure the highest level of service.
Facilitating Critical Incident Support: Coordinate onsite support and critical incident assistance, ensuring swift and effective responses to urgent needs.
Liaising Between Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between organizations, clients, and service providers, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
Assessing Client Needs: Field calls from clients and employees, conducting risk assessments using our specialized process to accurately gauge needs.
Facilitating Access to Services: Respond promptly to assessed needs, connecting employees with appropriate providers within contractual timeframes.
Maintaining Accurate Records: Keep meticulous records of case management activities in our dedicated system, ensuring thorough documentation of each interaction.
Collaborating for Success: Work closely with relationship managers and other team members to deliver optimal service and support to our clients.
Additional Projects: Contribute to special projects and initiatives as identified and agreed upon with your reporting manager.
